The products that are for sale in this webshop are all digital items which can be used for personal or commercial use. Please note that NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS will be send to you. After purchase you will receive your digital products via email.

///// RECEIVING YOUR FILES

After you make a purchase I will send you the product files via email. This is done within 1 business day. You will receive one or several zip-files via a service called WeTransfer. I like to use this service since they allow me to easily send over large files. In the email that you get from Wetransfer you will find a download link. With this link you will be able to download all your zip-files.

Please make sure to download your files within 7 days of receiving the email. The download link will expire after 7 days. In case you forget to download within that time frame I will have to send you a new transfer email.

Also note that downloading zip-files is best done on a computer or laptop, since a lot of mobile devices don't have the software to recognize zip-files. Make sure your computer or laptop has the right software to open zip-files (Winzip is an example of such software).

///// PAYING WITH PAYPAL

When purchasing a product in this shop you can pay with Paypal, a secure way of making online payments.

In case you don't have a Paypal account yourself, or you prefer to pay via Credit Card, you have the option to purchase the same product in my Etsy shop.

///// RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Because of the nature of the products (being digital and therefore easy to copy) I cannot issue refunds for products that you already received via email.

If the product has not been emailed to you yet, a cancelation of the order is possible. But please contact me as soon as possible after purchase.
